Ok, this is probably a stupid question but do you have a digital scale? Biggest Loser got me motivated, then I bought a new digital scale and I was shocked!! Decided I was going to make some changes. I started walking at a park in town, then I happened onto a treadmill for $20 at a yard sale!! Once I started losing, I became obsessed!!! Hope you can find something that motivates you!!

No, I don't even own a scale. I go by how my clothes fit and how I feel about the way I look. I know what I weigh because I was at the dr's a few months ago. I guess I'll just have to figure out what is going to motivate me. Thanks

As of 4 days ago when the doctor did a check up on my weight. I currently weight in at 138 lbs. Gosh I only have 18 more pounds and I will be down to my goal for after birth. I would like to get down to 120 lbs to 125 lbs. However I am trying to get pregnant so that may not happen before I lose it all. I mostly just eat well and excercise with the baby and keep busy busy.

Biggest loser intimidates me.. my doctor said its unhealthy to lose 5+ pounds every week.. so I try not to watch! I have a digital scale, it tells to the ounce. Like 139.9 (gosh I'm waiting for it to say that when I step on it). It's very accurate, I weigh myself at home, the doctors, friends, basically whenever I see a scale LOL! So far I'm up to 35 pounds gone and 21 inches. Since October 5th, 2008 Still have alot more to go though But I take it 10 pounds at a time. I love hitting that next new "bracket" and will be thrilled to see the 150's come around! Hope everyone survived turkey day okay.. and will do well over the holidays (and all these darn parties with tempting treats!)

I finally got to start exercising again last night. We joined the YMCA and last night we went swimming. OMG, I didn't know I was that out of shape. It's bad!!!! I managed to avoid eating the donuts my boss brought in today also. That was hard.

Good for you Karen!! It's easier once you get into a routine and its great to realize you are stronger.. the first time I did more on the elliptical without dying I was so proud!
I do have a digital scale. Just a basic one, you step on it and it says 168.2 (this morning which is 45 pounds gone!!!) - I got mine at target for $20 or so

Ok I am wondering if I can jump in here? I weight 182.00 and I am breast feeding and hungrier now than when I was pregnant. I do not know how to stop it. I will join here and hope it helps. I would like to lose at least 40 pounds>>> I did it with weight watchers a few years ago but can't afford to go anymore.....

I fell off the wagon so long ago I can't remember when. This has been a tough year for me and now I'm truely ready to start over. I heard a lot of great things about Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred workout so I am picking up a copy of the DVD on my way home. I still need to get back to the YMCA but this is good for when I can't go like tonight since both kids are sick.

I started the first week in January at 217 lbs. Today I'm at 187 lbs. I'm wearing a 14 but think if I can get to a 10, I'll start maintaining. Really proud of all of you!

With my pregnancy with Joshua I started out with weighing 144 lbs and I had gone up in pregnancy with Jeremiah to 158 lbs
anyways start of pregnancy 144 lbs and end of pregnancy with Joshua I was 174 lbs and he was born on May 24, 2009 and I am already down to 156 lbs as of the 30th of May not even one week. Not sure how I have lost the weight because I have not been trying. It is hard to beleive.

I weighed in this morning and I am down another two pounds. I am at currently this morning 154 lbs. So I have lost 10 lbs. another ten and have lost entire birth weight with Joshua. Still want to loose some not all from Jeremiah also. I would like to get down to 125 lbs before we try to conceive again next time. We do want to try again but not yet
