I dont know if anyone would be interested but I found a free web site that keeps track of your calorie intake and outgoing its fitday.com its helped me so id like to pass it on for anyone that may want a little more help....HTH

You big chickens! I'm at 189 point something...(less than .5...so I'm still technically under 190). This is probably my heaviest ever even being pregnant. But I am 3 lbs less than I thought I was, so that's good, right?
I just moved my cardio glide thing into my bedroom this week.

Okay Im 270lbs... Yep that is right! Shocking isnt it..... I would LOVE to lose 88lbs bring me down to 182lbs ( 83kgs).... I have 18 months to do it in... Whos next?
I have started 'paddling' in the pool with the kids, but with my pelivs still healing its hard, but working on it!

I'm @ 226.5. That was on Saturday! I'm now @ 224.5! That is 90 pounds heavier than what I weighted when I graduated from HS!!!!!

218 here - I haven't weighed today, but I did work out on the elliptical with weights today - yea for me!

Ok at this time Im 152. I would like to get down to what I was before which was about 142. Then if I can get to that point I want to be 130 again

I'm starting the first of the year, my goal wgt is 160, and I'm giving myself 2 years to loss 132 pounds. That puts me at (gulp, can't believe I'm posting this) 292 pounds! OMG I can't believe that I'm putting this online!

i am at 135 (i gained 4 lbs in 2 days thanks to ALL That chocolate!!!). My goal weight is to be at 125 but i doubt in all honesty i will see that but i am going to TRY! The problem is i have ALL my fave jeans and NONE fit me anymore. Last year at this time i was 127 and i dont want to waste money on larger jeans! I am winging right now with ONE pair of jeans, lol.
everytime i put the yummy chocolate to my lips i am thinking OH yeah this is going to get me where i want to be, lol. then i get more and MORE and cant' stop eating it. Serisouly both Dan and i are SHOCKED i am not 160something but i give up HEALTHY meals for my chocolate which is bad but i can't help eating it!
so my goal is to STOP eating choclate so much!!!! I have been paying for a gym for 8 months and well only went 3 times!!! WE are in contract so i CANT cancel so i am going to TRY to get back into it after Christmas.

When Hunter was born in 2005, I weighed 297 lbs. Over the last few years I've lost 123lbs. At 174 lbs I still have about 40 lbs I'd like to lose. I fell off the wagon at Thanksgiving and have been playing with the same 5 lbs ever since! Hopefully, this is the push I need to get it done!
