I do not know what is going on with my weight. Appetite is healthy. I am up to 159 lbs. Ack I am so upset. I want to loose weight

I went to the doctor yesterday andf lot a little weight yipeee 2 lbs now at 157 lbs exactly
Then this moring on my scale which ways the same as the doctors I am down to 155.5 lbs

I am so depressed and cant say why this is but my weight went up to 160 lbs blaw. I so want to loose weight

20 pounds of pregnancy weight to go! Ugh, oh well!
Debbie, it's normal to fluctuate up and down a few pounds. It's not fun to look at but it's normal.

Well I guess the good thing is I have lost 12 lbs. Not like it I would like it to be though

Started at 183 when Bella was born Now i weigh 163 Hope to lose another 20 pounds

I started at 164 lbs when pregnant with Josiah and by the time I had my c-section, I weighed 179 lbs so total weight gain = 15 lbs.
just one week and 2 days later after delivaring Josiah I am down to my pre birth weight of 164 lbs. I feel sort of excited it went so fast. The entire weight gain of less was very different from me. Now if I can just loose some of Joshua weight. That would be wonderful. My goal now is to get down to at leasts 144 lbs were I started with Joshua

Yoga would be best option for you for losing your weight. but its also important that you should the right yoga for you which also suits you... ------------------------------- How to do yoga for weight loss?
