Girls, I have to say I'm so proud of all of us!!!! We are doing great!!!! I bounce back and forth from 160 to 161. I'm not complaining about it though!! I've not been exercising outside of my normal stuff I've been doing. I think it helps that it's summer and we are outside all the time. I'm glad I have the treadmill for the winter!! Don't get out much then. Keep up the good work girls!!

ok, i don't feel bad about the added 1 lb i got on the scale this morning! lol..but yesterday, i was bad...had some little debbie cakes, and made some homemade taco's...not to bad for me , i only eat the shells, meat , and lettuce! but i had a lot and that was immediately before bed...sooooooooooo bad!!!! kerri, im barily 5'1...im 61 short inches...lol...

Yeah, dh doesn't believe I'm 5ft 4in, but tough!!!! You'll probably lose 2lbs tomorrow!! I was at 160 this morning, but the scale was debateing on 159.5 and 160!!! Of course, after I just ate a bunch of pizza I'll probably be up 3lbs tomorrow!!! And tomorrow I'm making lasagna for mil's birthday and of course cake and ice cream!!! Oh boy, I'm dreading Mon's wt!!!

I lost another pound last week so I'm down to 178, a loss of 32 pounds!!!
I can't believe it's been 16 weeks since I started WW and going to the gym consistently. I have just under 4 weeks until we go on vacation camping for a week and then Brian and I are going to an old friend's wedding the day after we come back. I haven't seen this girl since Jacob was like 4 months old so it's going to be a shock when she sees me! My goal is to need a new bathing suit for our trip and I'm almost there, the one I have is getting a bit too baggy up top to be decent in public!

congrats on loosing the weight hun! and suit shopping is so much fun! i however, have a confession. i CAN NOT stay away from sweets..why not? DH KEEPS BUYING THEM!!!! the 1 lb that i gained the other day has stayed around...but, i will say this, i don't eat much. i think the fact that i CAN'T exercise right now is discouraging to me. once i work out, i know i will stay away from the sweets. it's kind of hard to do with my dh

Crystal, here's how I solved my dh/sweet problem. I got my own sweets and put them in a seperate place. I really like the 100 cal packs of Oreo's and Chips Ahoy. You can get a good variety. It takes care of my need for sweets at the moment. Also if you like fruit, keep some of that handy. Just a suggestion. Now if I'd get off my butt and back to exercising maybe I wouldn't be stuck at 160.5!!!! Kerri ps and when I first started with the 100 cal packs I was like "wait that's all!! " but the longer I've stuck with it, it seems to hit the spot and is enough.

kerri, i LOVE those things. i can see why they are only 100 cal..they only give you like 5 cookies....lol. sounds like a good idea. i usually will keep a can of either pears or pineapples handy. since watermelon is in season, that would be great to have since it's sweet and full of water.
i just want to throw my WW's digital scale out of the window right now...it says im 210. that was after i ate though!

the chocolate chip crisp and mini teddy grams have a lot of cookies in the 100 cal pack. i like them because i seem to get more of a snack for 100 cal then some of the others.

i've gotta try those! also, quaker makes those mini rice snacks. i get the caramel corn kind. it taste just like popcorn! it's good. also the chocolate drizzle kind is awesome !

Hey I'm very proud!!! I wish you lived close and we could walk together!!! I've learned to only weigh when I get up and either have no clothes on or the bare min!!! Seriously, I've been 5lbs heavier in the afternoon than first thing in the morning. OOOHH I have 100 cal. bags of popcorn even have butter and they are wonderful for the times when you want something salty!!! Plus you can get little bags of 100 cal Doritios and Cheetios, which are great to have. You can actually eat something you like but it's not like just grabbing the bag and losing count of how much you eat. Also, almonds are a very filling and healthy snack to grab. The kind I have you can eat 28 for only 140cal. Not bad. And yes!! Watermelon!!!!! My weakness!!!!!!!!!!!

i am going to hold myself accountable here by posting my weight!! so my last pg weigh-in on July 3rd was 185, (baby born on the 4th) and on July 17th I weighed in at 158... i can't really claim that i did any work to achieve that, but heck, i will count those 27 pounds as 'lost' goal: 130 more realistic- 140-145 which is where i started) ) -- (heck, it is a goal- why not aim high?!!) j

false alarm....no AF...just bad gas and still spotting from having nevaeh....lol

jan 27 lbs is AWESOME!! of course it is from the baby...but why not use that as a motivator!! it took me almost 2 weeks to loose 30 lbs ( but that was b/c of fluid) and i still have some fluid in me!
ok, haven't gotten on the scale in about a week..also been bad...so, im going to see what i weigh now...pray for me girls...jumping on now....OMG!!!!!! im 205!!!! i can't believe it!!!! i've been "bad" how did i loose weight? i weighed myself 3 times just to make sure!!!!! only 10 lbs to loose and i will loose all my baby weight! God, i LOVE BF'ing...just think if i wasn't eating bad stuff how much i would of lost!
