Well ladies......I have finally reached one of my goals!!!!!! I am down to 199!!!!!! There is no longer a 2 at the begining of my weight!! I haven't weighed this since I was pg with dd almost 4 years ago!! I am so excited!! So the next goal is 180 YAY!! It's coming off!!!! WOOHOO!!

kerri, i HATE my WW scale. jumped on it this morning and it said 196..i laughed and said yeah right. then i positioned it better on the floor and it was 205.ahhhh. it was good to see 196. i hope i can be under 200 by aug. that would be great

Crystal, I know what you mean!! I weigh like 5 times in a row. Whatever number I get the most of is what I stick with. 158 this morning!! Down half a pound. Hoping to hit 155 before long!! I really think you will be at 196 before you know it. Then you'll be worried about hitting 186!!! I get so mad when it seems I'm "stuck" at a weight, buy hey at least I didn't gain 4lbs or something!! Kerri

Just a small update here on me, I guess My weight is coming off so slowly...but it is picking up since I really have started trying to make sure to watch what I eat. I started at 215 and I am currently at 201.8 (well...before af got here late last night/early this morning). My goal is 155. I have quite a while before I get there, but I am trying hard not to get discouraged. I am currently running 3 days a week and would like to do one day of Yoga and one day of Spin class to crosstrain a bit. I strength train my whole body 2 days a week right now.

Weighed in this morning after the gym and I was down 3 pounds this past week for a grand total of 36 pounds lost!!!
I came home and celebrated with a small bowl of ice cream and chocolate fudge sauce for a treat. Yumm!

A&K's mommy ~ keep up the good work! You are rockin'! I finally got back into the gym this week ~ well, today was only day two since my surgery on the 1st. I walked for 30 mins. on the treadmill and lifted weights and did some planks for 35 mins. Felt GREAT! Weighed this morning and thankfully didn't gain as much as I thought I had during the surgery ordeal and the healing process. I had gotten down to 201 even...and this morning was 203.8. So...it is back to my diet now and hopefully I will be able to run again soon! I think that I may try a short little sprint to see how that goes tomorrow morning I go back to the dr. for my follow up on Monday ~ I am itching to see what he is thinking of my leg!

i will finally update myself! weighed in at my 6 wk appt and am at 155- my goal is 140.. down 3 lbs, but my pants are fitting significantly better!
i have been exercising a bit but Aam annoyed i can't run because my bb bounce too much! (it hurts)...
will go to the gym today and now am a bit more motivated!

I just have to share!!! I wore a pair of jeans (size 12) that I've not been able to wear since I was before I was pregnant!!!!!! And the best part.....THEY WERE LOSE!!!!!!! Can you tell I'm happy!!!!!!

Hey all, Can I join you? I'm currently at 206 aand 5'8". I lost 22 pounds at my appt the other day after delivery. I'd like to be down to about 150 or so. Right now, I'm walking with my kids at night. and trying to be better about food. My biggest problem is pop i think. Working on cutting it down and hopefully out soon! I'd like to join WW but need to wait until i go back to work. You all sound like you are doing great!!
Any thoughts or ideas on what i should be doing are always appreciated!
