I am now reading the Bible daily. But I am also reading a book by Beth Moore called "Believing God'. I am also taking a class on the book by Adrian Rogers called "What Every Christian Ought to Know". It is really a good book.

I realize that I am very late to the party, but I just started the first Harry Potter book.

Candace, the plus to starting late is that the series is complete and you can read straight through.
I just finished a Anne Tyler called "Back When We Were Grownups". It was good and I'm glad I stuck with it but took me forever to get it read. Now I am reading a Sandra Brown "Two Alone". I am halfway through it and really enjoying it. It is more Harlequiny (is that a word?) but nice, light and fun. I have 3 in at the library that I will pick up tomorrow.

I try to read my Bible daily. Seems we always make time for other things, just not always the important things. Right now I am reading a Janet Oake called the Centrurions's wife. Interesting, also trying to read the Shack but can't stay with it. Hurts too much.

I am reading the last in the Song of Acadia series by Janette Oke and T. Davis Bunn, called The Beloved Land. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this series!!! Every single one of the 5 books were at my local library. I had a hard time putting these books down. I do like Janette Oke and wasn't sure how these would be as they are co-authored. But definitely not disappointed!

I'm reading Phineas Redux by Anthony Trollope. Good old Victorian fiction with great character development.

I am on a Amish fiction kick. Can't seem to get enough. I also just finished Smokin Seventeen by Janet Evanovich. I literally devoured that one and now have to wait forever for the next which I will no doubt devour and be back to waiting again. I also read Barbara Delinsky's Escape which was very good and kept me turning pages.
