Well, I gained half a lb back. But the day was not a total ruin!! First Dh said, "Um I think your clothes are getting a little big." Can you say, "HONEY YOU'RE THE GREATEST MAN EVER AND I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!" Second, I fit into a pair of prepregnancy capris!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you tell I'm happy!! Didn't get to exercise today so that's got me a little concerned. But, I was stressed and did watch what I ate so maybe I'll atleast stay the same!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yay for you! 1/2 lb is normal, so don't sweat it. I'm so happy for you!!! I can hear the enthusiasm in your post!
I have been sporadically working out since Friday-there's been so much going on, and I finally am getting back to normal-but someone was on my normal machine, so I had to mix things up tonight. Ugh. I hate change lol I'm still maintaining. So I'm OK for now.

I've stayed at 166 for 2 days, but I'm not going to complain. Guess what?? I'm so excited. I've worn a size 14 since Dalton has been born. I actually pulled a pair of jeans, still zipped and buttoned all the way down!!!!! I may have to go shopping!!! Not just yet though, because I've got more to go!!! Kerri

I DID IT!!!!! 164 my first goal weight!!! What I weighed right before I got pregnant!!!!!!!! Next goal 155!!! The funny thing is I haven't been able to exercise or use the treadmill the last couple of days!!! Without the exercise, I don't seem to get hungry and I've really eaten alot less. Weird? But, it does make me feel better to know if I can't exercise a couple of days it will be ok!!!! Hope everyone else is doing great!!

OK I know I don't post often but I just needed to shrare with someone!!! I started on the 28th of May with some new meds from the doctor to help with my PCOS and weight loss. At the doc's office on the 28th I was 216 as of today I am 211!!! WooHoo!! It has been so long since I have seen weight come off!!! I am so excited!!!! Thanks for listening Dawn

WTG Dawn and Heidi!!!! I was at 162 yesterday which would make my lose from April at 17 1/2lbs. Back up to 163 today, but I'm not complaining!!! I lost 2 1/2lbs yesterday so I was expecting some of that to come back!!! We're doing good girls!!!

Heidi, I've been so busy lately!! Painting my living room!! I haven't been on as much but I'm so happy for you!!! Dawn, I think the best way is to set small goal. Esp. if you want to lose quite a bit. That way you can get excited KWIM!! It doesn't feel like it takes as long either that way!!!! Good luck girls!!! Kerri
