i had to stop my diet. i have crohns disease and i think all the raw veggies are hurting me...i'm still following the best that i can, just cooling it on raw veggies, so i've hit a plateau. all in due time, i suppose.

Hey, all ~ update on my weight loss scenario. I joined the gym at the beginning of March and have counting points. I have lost 10.4 pounds!!! Woot woot! I am 4.6 pounds away from One-derland Keep up the great work ladies!!!

My weight is all of sudden melting off! I am not really doing anything I have not done before! I swear since I stopped nursing I have been losing weight so much faster! I am glad, but I always thought nursing made you lose weight quick! I guess that only works for some!
I have lost a total of 3 lbs this past week! yeah

So here I am, joining the race!! I weighed 200lbs as of Sunday, April 20, 2008. I am doing weight watchers and starting to feeling the benefits already!! I have already lost 3 lbs!!
I am an emotional eater so I am going to need lots of support and with the road being as rough as it has been the last 6 months, I have gained 30 lbs! I know that I can do this, I have lost 30 lbs last year before my pg with Simon and also lost 55 lbs before getting pg with my DS! Just have to put my mind into, right!!!
So here's to salad, water and counting those points!!!! RAH! RAH!!

Think I'll join you guys!! I need support. 15 days ago I weighed 178.5 as of this morning 170.0!! I have goalS. My first is to get to my prepregnancy weight which was 164. I gained 35lbs with my pregnacy (and had a 2lb baby ) My next goal is 155. I felt good at that weight!! If I make it there I want to go down to 145. What I weighed when I met dh!! I think having this little goals helps me not be disappointed. It will move faster I think. Watching my diet and exercise. And I'm taking Mega Greentea pills. Kerri

Before I was told I was pregnant in September I weighed 111 lbs and when I delivered on April 21, 2008 I weighed 164 lbs and as of May 1, 2008 at my doctor visit I now weigh 146 lbs and then lost two more pounds over night so must weigh then about 144 lbs.
my goal is to not weigh less then 125 lbs.

I am already growing tired of salads!!!!!! But I have to give myself a big pat on the back this week, I resist the donuts, muffins that were at work for one of our morning meetings and ate only according to my points!!!
As you can see, I am down 7 lbs, feeling good, but I haven't started to walk or anything yet, so may need to pick up some exercise soon!!

I've hit a plateau. I was thinking about starting a food journal, so I can be accountable. Really, I want to be done breastfeeding already, so I can really kick it into high gear. Otherwise, all I'm doing is maintaining my weight. It's so frustrating. I'm sure you all know. I've never had a hard time losing weight before. I think it's linked to breastfeeding, somehow. Akk.
I journaled my foods yesterday, promised myself I'd do better today but all I've eaten today is crap. So much for that idea.

I'm at a plateau as well..but I have changed my workouts, cut down on portions even more! Ugh! I don't get it! I have 3 weeks to vacation and really want to lose at least 5 more lbs! Any suggestions??

I am so happy to say that I'm down to 165.5!!!!!!! 1 1/2lbs from my prepregnancy weight and my first goal!!! I hit a plateau too for a while. I increased my distance on the treadmill and changed my exercise routine just a llittle. I don't if that's what helped or what. I hate pateaus!!!! So discouraging!!!!
