Hello ladies and pardon my intrusion here. I used to be a member here many years ago and have sat where you are, hurting, sad, angry and broken. I would like to first say that I am truly sorry for your loss and I understand completely the pain you are feeling. Many (((((HUGS))))) to you and tears as I know how it is. I do want to encourage you to know that there is hope. There is a tomorrow that will come that doesn't quite hurt as much as it does today. That day may not be today, or tomorrow or even next week for any of you but it will come. You will never forget your little one so don't worry about that, you learn to survive, you learn to live and love again and Lord willing, you may even have another living child in which to ease some of that pain. I hope you all find comfort here from one another in knowing you aren't alone, you aren't crazy for your grief and you will be stronger and able to understand people's pain in life because of this. Your little one is with the Lord and is happy, whole and waiting for you. In the meantime, one breath per moment, one tear at a time and you will make it. You must. That is what your little one would want. My deepest prayers for you.
I am looking for a former member from SG from the years 2002-2005 or 2007 (maybe still here somewhere?) who's name was Cynthia and had a website called Claire's Friends that is no longer up and running. I am looking to reach her because of a booklet that she used to send to anyone who asked for it on infant loss that was perfect and beautiful. I would like to include it with baby quilts that I am making for parents who have experienced miscarriage and stillbirth at our local hospital. It says Copyright 2005 but I cannot find any verification of that nor can I find her. I only think it right that I try to reach out and find her before using any of the info that she took so much time to create.
I will give credit to her in the end as that is what you do when borrowing someone else's ideas or writings but I would love to try and reach out to her "in person" (as personable as the internet can be anyway).
Thank you all for your help.
