When do u try again after a 2nd trimester loss?

I went for my 2 week check up post d & e and i forgot to ask. I know most drs say wait a few cycles (one dr told me that when i found out no hb) but at that time i couldn't even think about ttc again i just found out i lost my baby.

Its been 2 weeks tomorrow since d & e and im still spotting.

Dh says we are done. But a week ago he wanted to ttc again. I think hes just stressed and confused. As am I. Im still hurting.

I think after two cycles is medically when it's safe. But it could be best to wait until the emotions calm down a bit. It's different for everyone and your DH is probably just confused emotionally at the moment. Time will hopefully bring some clarity. I hope for the best for you
