Today is the 7th anniversary of my miscarriage. I still think of it as my baby boy's birthday. I was 18 weeks pregnant. Just found out it was a boy, according to the ultrasound. I lost him one week later. His actual due date was September. But this is the day that I set aside to grieve and celebrate. I have a beautiful 5 1/2 year old daughter now. But it's hard to forget what could have been. It doesn't get easier....no matter how much time passes.

I'm sorry for your loss, rachelsmom. I have not lost a child that late in a pregnancy. My twins were lost at 7 weeks due to an ectopic pregnancy and mine was just 6 months ago. But now I am in my 5th month of pregnancy. You and your family are in my prayers!

I don't want to sound harsh here but I wonder please no insualt or to make you fell bad.
I am 6 months away from my sons death and you have 7 years does it get any easier I know you still have days (I call it days because when I am very sad it is ay least a day before I do anything and weep all day long) I have heard from someone 10 years away from the death of their child they say it gets easier but in 7 year do you find it is not as hard as like me 6 months away. Am I making sense here.
