So its taken me a few days but here is Wyatt's birth story ( I'll have to post pics later when I make it to a computer ).
So Thursday night I went in to L&D to get my first dose of gel, well when I got there they didn't give me the gel because I was 2cm and 50% effaced and they said they normally give the gel to get you to that point. I was cramping already to so they said if they gave me the gel I'd be back later that night for sure and there was also a snowstorm going on :s so home we went again. Friday morning at 8am we went back in again at that time they gave me the gel I was supposed to get the night before then I was sent home until either labor started or until 3pm so they could try something else. So we came back home and went to sleep until 3 when we went back in. Nothing had changed so around 430pm they broke my water within 15min I started having contractions but nothing really strong enough to do much. Around 6 or 630 they started the pitocin by 730 I was ready for an epidural so the nurse checked me and I was 5cm so she went to find the Dr to see about getting my epideral. Unfortunately the Dr was in surgery so I had to wait but by 830 I couldn't take it anymore so she checked me again and said it was to late for the epideral anyway cause I was almost fully. Within 5min I was fully dilated and ready to go. 4 pushes later my little man was here
Wyatt Avery was born Friday January 13 @ 9:33pm. He weighed a tiny little 7lbs 13oz and was 20 inches long. I've never had a baby that small so nothing I bought fits him :s lol. Other than having his nights and days mixed up so he's wide awake from 12am to 5am most days he is an amazing little baby boy.
So that's our story I'll post pics as soon as I can
