...from all this sadness, confusion, anguish & sorrow. It's a combination of missing the babies I've lost, trying to come to grips with the fact that I'm probably never going to be pg again, family issues, health issues, and I'm worried about my husband. He's acting really odd...I don't know if he's trying to hide health concerns, he's cheating on me, both, or something else entirely!! Discouragement has essentially taken over at the moment. This time of year is always hard for me (long story, don't want to get into at the moment), plus it gets dark SOOO early now, & it's cold....the weather is gray, bleary, dreary...for now, it fits my mood! I've got so much on my mind, but I feel guilty about feeling bad when I know there are others who have it far worse than I do. I'm just a big, jumbled up mess!!! Thanks for yet again letting me ramble & vent!

Sorry you feel so down. Maybe you should take a vacation or at least a little getaway. This time of year is not easy on most of us. I don't know more than a handful of people that like this time to year.

Thanks, ladies! What's sad is I love Christmas, love to decorate, etc....but at the moment, just feeling so down. Not sure if there are any tanning places open around here, but I might check into that ('tho, I too am VERY fair complected!). Appreciate having a place where I'm understood, not judged.

Being a nurse, I'm sure you know this, but the reason that we are lower in the winter months is that we have lower levels of Vitamin D because we aren't getting it from the sun. Personally, I end up at the tanning bed, but if you are concerned, I would look into vitamin supplementation of another form.
