Hello(opinion please)

I know I haven't been around for a while but I keep you all in prayers. Lately It has crossed my mind that i would like to talk with a psychic. My husband is totally against it and I am unsure. We are Christians and I have always believed that it was wrong to seek out such things. Any help or opinions will be appreciated.

I'm all for psychics---just can't afford them regularly. I found the experience interesting and uplifting. I went to a psychic in my town without making an appointment; I just dropped in. It's a big enough town that there's no way she could have known that my daughter died and who I was. I gave her very limited information: My first name and my birthday.

She then told me a buncha stuff but what I found most interesting is that she said that she saw three pregnancies and only two children. I said mostly nothing and I find that is the key. I just respond, "You tell me."

I also talked with a woman over the phone and for whatever reason I cannot remember her name right now. She was recommended to me here. She NEVER charged me because she indicated on the first call that she felt that not only did I need help but so did the person on the other side. She only wanted to be that intermediary. Here's what is most interesting about that scenario.

A friend and I both contacted this woman. I had told the friend about her and said that I might make an appointment, but I, like you, was hesitant. However, my friend made an appointment. I made one for a week later. While my friend and I discussed the appointments, she was skeptical that the psychic would be able to produce anything that was "real" to her. I told her that what needed to happen is that someone needed to come through that wasn't from her family. That would prove it to her.

I very specifically requested outloud of my angel daughter that she come through to my friend.

During her reading, the psychic admitted that she was blocked. She told her that there was a man trying to come through but he was being blocked by a young soul. She said that this soul was making it hard for her to breathe, like her lungs were full of something. The psychic suggested they reschedule.

My friend called and told me about this. I started laughing. She's like why are you laughing? I told her that I had asked Chloe to come through to her. My friend said, "OMG. You're right." Then, she told me how much a I suck for ruining her reading. LOL. Finally, she said that she was going to ask her dad (That's who she was trying to reach.) to ruin my reading. LOL.

So. . . my reading. . . sure enough. . . there was dark man blocking a young soul that filled the psychics lungs (IDK if I mentioned, but my daughter drown) with something. . . I started laughing during the reading because the psychic said, "IDK what's going on. I've been doing this a very long time and this almost never happens." I started laughing and said, "yes, but it's happened twice this month." She was surprised because this was a telephone connection and there was no way for her to know that my friend and I knew each other. I explained how I knew and told her to tell the man that he had made his point and now to let me get my reading. She did and believe it or not he let up and she was able to go on. He still lingered though (I'm sure he had some something to say to my friend.) and caused a little problem with the "connection." In any case, I talked with her a few times after that and again, I rarely said a word and she NEVER charged me a dime. She told me several things that were interesting and provided me some answers to my questions about my daughter's death.

Anyway, that was a long, "I'm all for it." If you are still unsure, read some books. Start with the "Afterlife Experiments" and Allison Dubois. There several other good ones, but stay away from Sylvia Browne. She may have talent (I don't doubt that she does), but her weirdness makes it all seem like a hoax. That's just my opinion and I hope that I don't offend anyone by saying such. Allison DuBois seems very real to me and even tells of how she was unable to save her own father's life even though she knew how he would die. Fate. It is very comforting in a morbid sort of way.

I'm not into the whole psychic thing.
Since you have always believed it was wrong to seek out such things, ask yourself two questions: 1) Why do you want to seek out a psychic now and 2) Why have you always believed it was wrong to seek one out? Asking and honestly answering those two questions might be the key to helping you know what to do.

I....... don't know I find all of them have about the same to say they feel you out do you know a paul? a john a a patric and they say this till you say yes or does it begin with a A or O or F and then you say yes and then they say did he pass suddenly or I feel there is a long time till death see what I seem to think is they shouldn't ask you anything they should TELL you stuff and you need not confirm it. I have had some say that the person was good to. I have a friend a sketic as much as possiblke didnt believe anything and thought all are cons. He had a party and he sat all the way in the back of the room this guy that had the ability was up front and then he said who has so so in their family and he hit everything on the nail never having asked anything.

SO I think some are good but I don't think all are rememeber John Edwards or what was that guy Pragg they asked and said does this mean anything to you well I think they would not ask that it would be known.

I myself have asked about this and thought of doing but I have heard many MANY that are to have the gift but as I have heard them they all seem to say the same thing.

Just be careful if you are to see one they pray (the cons) on poeple like us and IF the person you see asked for more money it is a red flag you don't pay more to know more. Or they will say they will burnt a candle for you don't believe them you can do this for yourself and it wouldbe more powerful if you did it yourself anyhow. Everything is more powerful if you do it your self becuaw you are the one conected to what you seek.
