Cancer rears its' ugly head Update 11/18

My daughter had thyroid surgery last week. She just found out today that it is thyroid cancer. She will be having the rest of her thyroid removed sometime in the next month. 7 years ago at this time I was battling with uterine cancer so that is wearing on me. Your prayers would be greatly appreciated. I am sure that all will go well but I still have at the back of my mind that I could lose another child.

* We have learned today that the cancer isa rare form of thyroid cancer. Only 5% get this and it is more difficult to treat. It is hurthle follicular. DD will have surgery as soon as it can be scheduled. I am now a nervous wreck.
