I'm looking for recipe ideas. I'd like to prepare dinners on the weekend and freeze them for enjoying later during the bustle and hustle of the weekday. I'm not necessarily looking for recipes themselves but just some ideas as to what freezes well and isn't way too time consuming to make.

Chicken pot pie, baked ziti, shredded beef. With the shredded beef I make a bunch, shred it, put it in serving size containers and then just take it out when I need it. BBQ'd beef? Just add BBQ sauce, burritos or tacos, just add spices.

I've frozen turkey chili, soups, lasagna, and stuffed shells.

I've frozen soups, stews, chili, and meatballs. I really like the idea of the shredded beef. I bet you can do that with shredded chicken too.
