This family knows our pain. They have had 6 m/c. They just had to deliver their miracle baby at 26w5d. He is alive, but having to fight really hard. They also have 3 young children they have welcomed into their home at home now as well. Please pray for them! our-journey-to-parenthood.blogspot.com/

Prayers being sent! I was born @ 26 weeks - a testament to the fight being rough, but that miracles DO happen. 20 years ago 26 weeks was pretty close to a death sentence... but here I am completely healthy.
I hope he is a fighter and that their family pulls through together! Thoughts & prayers.

Many thoughts and prayers for the family. I had twin 25 weekers, and even though they are 6 now, the experience was surreal. Somedays I cannot believe that my girls beat the odds and are here now in our family. Laura

Continued prayers for Bennett. My nephew was born at 24 weeks, and luckily had very few complications. He is healthy and growing like a weed.
I read the blog, and the last update I read a few days ago was positive.

I've been following sweet Bennett's blog since this was posted. Please pray for him tonight. Here is the latest blog from his mommy.
"Bennett may have pneumonia. He started creeping up on his oxygen (vapotherm) last night and earlier tonight had to go back up to the highest level. His dr did a chest x Ray and discovered what looks like pneumonia in one lung. She is treating it as pneumonia now And reducing the size of his feedings, and she said she is already seeing some improvement. After seeing two babies pass away this past month, I can't deny that I am so afraid of losing Bennett. I know God can heal him, but my heart hurts knowing he is sick. I am going to be with him as soon as I can get there.
Thank you for praying with us, "

A little better
Bennett's dr said he feels a little more optimistic today. Bennett has been more active and alert, and his chest is starting to sound better. He will get a chest x-Ray tomorrow and more lab work. The good news is that the infection was not yeast so hopefully the antibiotics Bennett is on will get rid of the infection/pneumonia. He has stayed pretty steadily on 74% oxygen 8L flow all day.
Jim's mom came to stay with us today so I am able to be with Bennett more while he is sick, and we are so thankful she is here. Jim and I were actually able to visit Bennett together for the first time in 2 months. We were blessed to have some very special moments with Bennett captured in pictures tonight too, including Jim holding our sweet boy for the first time! Thank you, Kara! We can hardly wait to see the pictures you took and appreciate you taking them so much!!
I have a few pictures I took with my phone that I will try to load tomorrow night when I can get online from an actual computer and not just my phone!
Thank you for praying! God hears every prayer!!
