With all of the book talk, I just wanted to share this link with my friends here. I discovered Paperback Swap about 2 years ago - it's an awesome way to trade books online. You create your own bookshelf by listing what books you have available. When a member requests your book, you ship it out media rate (just a couple of dollars). You earn credits (1-1 ratio) to get new books. So when you request new books, you don't pay for them. They arrive conveniently in the mail. Here's the link:http://www.paperbackswap.com/index.php

Thank you so much, very neat. I have traded my dvd buying at walmart to netflix...lol And now loving to buy new books for myself not related to home improvement or child rearing. - I forgot how fun it was to read a book for myself.- Lately I have been reading the Amish love stories.

very neat. I end up buying my books on ebay...and when i finally run out of room to keep them, i donate them to our library for free. I will look into this. Seems like a very good deal ..Thanks for posting the link Sam

Thanks so much. Our library won't accept donations any more(doesn't make sense to me) so this looks like a good alternative.
