I was reading a great book called "raging angels" about a young criminal lawyer. Well, near the end of the book her seven year old son died of a brain injury following a water-skiing accident. I didn't see it coming at all, since the book hadn't been sad up til that point. I think they should put a warning label on books!

It is amazing at how many books we read end up having child death or miscarriages. I think it has probably always been that way but is just that we are more attuned to that now. I just finished the new James Patterson "THe 9th Judgement". That will be very hard for anyone who has had a loss.

I agree! I wish I knew those things ahead of time so I could avoid reading them.
