Lily goes back in on Monday to see her ENT. She wasnt supposed to be back in until March, but her tubes have fallen out, yet again, so we are heading back in. Her geneticist wants her to get another set in before winter gets here, because she is very high risk. So far, she hasnt had an infection since her tubes have fallen out, but they are full of fluid. So this will be her 4th set, and she is only 2 1/2. I know they said they will keep replacing them until a certain age, but I cant remember what that age is. Anyway, I am not too worried about the appt, because so far, NO hearing issues! (she failed her first screening when she was a newborn, but they gave her another and she passed...she has passed ever since). She also goes for her eye appt on the 31st of October. That is the one I am nervous about, so I am sure I will be "here" much more, when it gets closer!
Blessings~ Wendy

My sister had gold tubes put in. They lasted forever. Is that an option these days (it was over 20 years ago).
