First thing to ask is what type of s/a they do. Everything we went through could've been avoided with a $200 procedure. NOTE - Not all s/as are the same because we'd been told DH was "fine". The s/a that revealed DH's problem is called a Krueger s/a and it might only be used in IVF screens. Then again, if a patient knows what to demand of the dr, it might be different.
My biggest thing to say is don't let them tell you "oh, this has to be your problem because you've been recently pg or ever been pg." Even a blind squirrel occasionally finds a nut which was our case with the son we lost. We'd both been sexually active for over 10 years with no previous pregnancies.
