So I found out why Im not prego yet..

Well I know I dont post much on this board. I just thought it was my weight that stopped me from conceiving. I was WRONG!!
I have PCOS with IR and I knew that but I had no clue it was an extreme case! I guess my ovaries are completely COVERED in cysts. I got grossed out when I saw them thats how bad it was LOL!!! It looked like spiderwebs and the webbing was the only part of the ovary I could see! EWWWWWWWWW!! LOL!
Anyways I am going next wednesday to have an ovarian drilling done on both sides so that I can finally "O" hopefully!!
anyways I hate this!! ANyone had the ovarian drilling done before?? any success??

Wow, I am glad that you know the reason though. Now you can go f/ there. I really hope that this helps you get pregnant soon.

Hey Kiley.
I have PCOS but have opted not to have drilling. I do take 1500mg of Metformin and since my cyst have shrank and I have started to O on my own. I can't take clomid because it causes the cyst to enlarge.

I've never had drilling either, but I am on Metformin also...1700mg.

thank you ladies for the support!!! I am on metformin as well.2000mgs a day but its not helping much at all. I hope that after the drilling the met will have a chance to work at keeping the cysts gone! Thanks again!!!
