I saw your post and wanted to respond. What kind of problems is your thyroid giving you? When I was pregnant with my first son in 1999, I found out I had a goiter, enlarged thyroid. They monitored it throughout the pregnancy and I had 3 needle aspirations to make sure it was not cancerous. When he was 2 yrs old I had it removed because it continued to grow around my throat and was causing trouble with swallowing. Two years later we were surprised to be pregnant again but that would be the child I lost to congenital heart defects. Now it has been another 2 yrs and we are expecting a child in May. I take thyroid medicine every day cause I don't have a thyroid and I also take calcium since they took the whole thyroid out. I have it monitored every 6 months or right now every 3 months due to the pregnancy. I'm not sure of what problems you are having but I wish you luck and hope things get better. I am so sorry for your losses. There is hope.
God Bless, Michelle
