Hi, hon. I just wondered if they know what is causing the blockage in your remaining tube? I had a blockage in my left tube after my miscarriage. I actually saw it on ultrasound. A little more than a year later, I conceived of my son. The month I conceived, I ovulated from my left side. It turned out my tube was blocked with cysts. The cysts dissolved on their own. ;D Don't give up hope.

Hi there, What a miracle your story is! I have prayed many nights that the same would occur to me. I am happy and encouraged hearing stories like your own. Well, I had a successful tubal reananstomosis in April 2005. Both tubes were open after the surgery. I am not sure what exactly is causing the blockage, I figured it was scar tissue from previous surgery or the tubal rupture. I left my RE because I felt he was inadequate....I have wondered if the HSG test was accurate because it was done by a noticeably inexperienced Dr. I feel so sad that DH and I are in this situation today. I should of never put my fertility in anyone's hands...but there is no turning back, I can only move forward from here. The only hope I have lost is on concieving naturally. I want a baby now...the time seems so right. I can't wait to see if they were right or wrong. it may take tears! Age plays a factor in this so I am going with my intuition...that may be why I am in such a hurry. I am hopeful that I will conceive thru IVF...and in the future if I conceive naturally it will be another blessing! Thanks.... Your children are beautiful! I have two boys ages 5 and 10....I can't figure out how to post a picture?

Thanks for the kind compliment about my kids. Have you considered finding another RE? There are good ones out there. If you set up an account (which is free) to www.photobucket.com you will be able to upload a photo. Then copy and paste the portion under your photo which gives you a web address, you should be able to insert a photo in your avatar. You will find your avatar by clicking "profile" at the top of every Silent Grief page, then "modify profile". Then put the link from photobucket in the requested website link for your avatar. If you're confused, I'm sorry...I feel like I'm talking in circles. Ask me any more questions you might have, okay? Heidi
