Hello Fellow Feb Mama's. Thought I'd make a post to see how many of us there are and how everyone is doing/feeling. I know before the boards went down there must of been at least 10+ Feb Mommies. I guess I'll go first... I am 23 weeks long, feeling my lil guy bump and move is awesome . Feeling more and more movements. Other then lots of lower back pain and those drat-ful b/h's we are well. I go next week for my apt, and will probably then make my apt, for the one-hour Hope I pass it this time around. Buying more and more things for this lil man. Got a ton of lil outfits (boy are they tiny, compared to my dd's clothes) and other lil things. Still deciding on my stroller (ugh- a double stroller ), but already have the dresser/changing table and crib/bassinet stuff. Well I think that is it... Next ...

I just now saw this! I cant belive no one else replied! I am 24 weeks and feeling great. EDD Feb. 19th 2006. ITS A GIRL! Im so excited. DS is starting to get excited too. Everytime we talk about his baby sister he comes up to me and lifts up my shirt and pokes my belly and says "She's coming out!" LOL Ive been feeling really good lately. Ive been trying to stay active this pregnancy and eat better. Ive only gained about 7 lbs. My next appt is tomorrow, so we'll see what Im up to. I think the fatigue is starting to creep up on me again though. For the past 2 days Ive taken 2 hour naps! Today I wont be able to do that, so we'll see how I feel. We are starting to get the nursery ready. DH just finished painting it this weekend. He is putting up crown molding and when he is done with that we will get out DS's old crib and put it together! Its getting closer! Kim

Well, my update isn't much...just ditto Kim's mostly since we're due the same day I'm 24 weeks and change and doing well. My next appointment is next Wednesday I think...whenever the 9th is anyhow. I had a lovely :S bout of bronchitis which took my appetite down and now it's back with a vengence. I'm afraid I'm going to have gained like 20 pounds at my next visit! Plus we have a ton of halloween candy to tempt me with! Like I need that! We're having a 3D u/s the monday after Thanksgiving which I'm *really* looking forward to...we think we know the baby's gender, but since we couldn't see it at my last u/s we're waiting until my 3D to let people know for sure. I'm so excited...this baby has been the calmest of all three of my kiddos (that have made it this far). S/he doesn't get all that active...I can't help but hope this laid-back attitude rolls over into infancy as well! This little one has no nursery...we've got a crib in our room for the time being. That's about the most s/he'll get. We're looking at junior bunks for my older two boys (where the bottom bunk is practically sitting on the ground, and the upper bunk is only about three feet off the ground) when Makaio is ready to move upstairs into the kids' room. No names picked out yet...probably won't until the delivery room. We did it that way with Gabriel and really liked it. I know from my pregnancy experiences with Michael (who I was due with around the same time as Makaio - 3/6/03 vs 2/19/06 anyhow) that the holidays will really speed up my pregnancy! I'm trying to enjoy it as much as possible because it's over way too quickly! Squirmy kicks to all the other (lurking and missing!) February moms! Always, Valerie

Hi Feb Mommies, It feels so good to be back!!!!
Things are moving along over here. 24 wks and feeling tons of karate kicks..probably from all of the candy I've been eating! I know I've gained a ton of weight. I feel like a cow!
Nolan is loving on my tummy alot these days. He is just fascinated by the size. I think he's too young to understand but I keep on sayin give your sis a kiss and he kisses my tummy. Too Cute!
I have the wonderful glucose test next Friday. UGGH!!! Hopefully I will pass with no problems. Next ob on the 11th. That's about it. Been buying tons of pink outfits.

I just noticed this thread too! I love hearing how you are all doing.
I'm 24 wks. tomorrow and feeling really great. My first trimester was not too fun. I was sick *all* the time and trying to run my summer camp. Oy! But the second trimester is a whole new ball game. I have tons of energy and love eating. No cravings and I still have to stay away from onions, garlic and spicy foods.
I've gained 13 lbs so far and, thankfully, it's all in my belly and boobs. Baby Baer is kicking hello to you as we speak ;D.
When people look at me they adamantly tell me I'm having a boy. We haven't found out and don't want to. It'll be funny to see if everyone's right.
We haven't done a thing to prepare yet. I've got lots of hand-me-downs for the nursery waiting for us in my brother's basement. I suppose I'll have to get serious about picking out the rest of the stuff we need, huh?
I think I'm probably the last of us, due on 2/25, so you guys will all have to lead the way!

hiya ladies, I am 24 weeks and am due 23rd Feb although i will be having a planned C/Section early Feb. Things are going really well this time!! (fingers crossed) Baby really active, had lots of u/s's, growing well. We have nothing planned yet, not wanting to tempt fate etc. I keep joking that we will be running around mothercare on the way home from the hospital lol. On Monday i am reducing my hours at work, finishing at 1pm. Really looking forward to that. Leave work on the 2nd December.
Hope every one is ok, lots of belly rubs. Take care, Maria xx
