On Cycle first time since loss having flashbacks

You are not alone in the way you are feeling ~ your first cycle after such a horrible loss is the worst..it reminds you of what you don't have and why. For me, it took me about 10 steps back on the road of grief..they why's, the anger, the resentment and the overwhelming sadness for the angels that we grieve for, all comes flooding back within a blink of an eye.

Please be gentle and patient with yourself...as they say, time heals all wounds.

You might call your OBGYN to make sure that such heavy bleeding is normal. Sometimes, you will bleed to heavily after losing a baby, and they might have to do a D&C. It might ease your mind to call and make sure that what is going on is normal.
We are all thinking about you...you can add me to msn messenger too, if you want. I am on at odd hours sometimes when others are not.

My first cyle was extremly heavy to! IT is such a hard thing to have to endure when you have already endured so much1 I am so sorry you are dealing with this now. I hope it has eased up a bit since you posted.
