Well, some of you know that my son, his wife, 6 mo. Jadon and their 2 weiner dogs are moving in with me. They are having financial problems and are going to sell their house and start over and I told them they could move in with me till they can get back on their feet. I am used to living alone so this will be a big change, but am looking forward to it, as I think it will make a big difference during the holidays. Well wanted to update that they have sold the house and have started packing so it won't be long now. Let the fun? begin? !!!!

Jane, This will be a big change. But it sounds like a good one to me. I suggested to my son that he do the same, move in with me, with his wife and son, of cource. He thinks it wouldn't work so well, but I'd welcome them here. Yet, I know there will be adjustments to be made by you and I'm just praying the good outweighs any inconvenience. It definitely would be nice to have a full house for the holidays. I pray you will be blessed in this. Shirley

Shirley, thanks and prayers are appreciated, it wll definitely be a change. I hope it works out OK for all of us. Oh, believe me, my son wouldn't do this, if they had a choice . But they have gotten themselves into a mess financially and have to do something. He told me he was my 30 yr old loser son and I told him he could never be a loser to me. Financial difficulties happens to the best of us. Dil got me a birthday card and wrote a long sweet letter about the coming year being one of building memories. She thanked me for welcoming them into my home. It was really sweet. HOPE IT STAYS SWEET!

Thanks all, I plan to enjoy the holidays as best I can. Probably won't have much time to get depressed with a 7 month old in the house

Jane.....Sorry to take so long {i've been out of my mind lately} to tell you thats Great! Wonderful News! It will be a big change, but I'm sure you'll adjust in no time. The thought of a 7 month old is a little scary {to me!} but only because I haven't been around itty bitty little ones in soooo long! She's the perfect age to bond with "granny" to spoil rotten! ;D Hectic Schmectic!!........relax & let yourself enjoy "building memories" as your dil put it, while you have the chance ....... you can always rest & have calm days later..... After they move Out!! Gotta admit....I'm a wee bit "jealous" ......a houseful & 2 dogs.... all Home for the Holidays?? Wish it was me. Love Ya, judiann

Baby Jadon isn't itty bitty! She's a little roly poly!! Me and dil were just talking about how she's going to love the lights on the Christmas tree, I hope she starts learning to crawl and pull up during this time.(Hope she doesn't pull the tree down!! ;D)--Anyway I'm hoping she will move some of the fat off!! Bless her little heart. Sure wish I could put a pic up, I would post one of her. And she is already spoiled rotton, she only wants to be around mom and dad because thats who she is with all the time. I'm going to have to TRY to unspoil her, she is going to have to grow to be comfortable with me too. I got lots to work on. ---Maybe lots of :-*es will do the trick!! Michelle did tell me today that I'm fixing to be her new best friend.
