I don't think that's really necessary. Perhaps just adding "pics" in the title would be sufficient. Just my two cents.

MAL certainly does move quickly... I've been away for a few days and just spent quite a while trying to get "caught up"! My concern is that if we start splitting the board it will never end... i.e., "can we have a section just for sleeping concerns now?", "can we have a section just for bragging about our kiddos now?", "can we have a section just about dealing with marriage with kids now?". I know that is not your intent... I can just see it headed that way. I know that I do not read every post on MAL and I probably miss some that I would have liked to read. I tend to just skim the titles and read what looks interesting. I think just adding (pics) in the title would help in browsing and then whoever does not want to read those will know to skip those posts. Maybe we should come up with some things to add to titles that will help with browsing -- such as advice wanted:, vent:, question:, mommy brag:, etc. I think we do a lot of those already though! Or maybe there is some way to do that in the icon before the title, I haven't looked too much into that!

Clara,
The MAL board moves fast and that is one thing that I like about it! ;D I really don't think the boards need to be divided. Posters can always bump up their posts for more replies if they want to. And I think specifying "pics" in the subject line is sufficient. I understand that members esprcially those with limited time have a hard time weeding through the myriad of posts however I think that creating a new MAL board will cause unnecesary division among members and also make it even more difficult to read and respond everything. I personally think the board is just fine the way it is. I think most MAL's put "pic" in the title.

I love MAL just the way it is. I like when people put (pic) in the title. I think that is enough. I know things move fast and we don't always get the response to the questions we ask but I think spliting MAL is a very bad idea.

I know that there are already so many boards on this site, but maybe (if it's possible) have a different board for each type of loss...
Moms after miscarriage
Moms after stillbirth
Moms after loss of young child etc, etc...
A person could belong to different boards depending on their personal situations and losses.
If anyone doesn't like this suggestion, please don't bash me. Thanks.

Dear SG Family, I really, really appreciate it when I receive lots of input from you! ;D It looks like, for now, the concensus is to leave the MAL board as it is and just ask for a more clear definition on the title of the post. Im on PAL, but visit MAL alot to catch up on the girls that have moved over. I love seeing the pictures! I dont see why you would change it.

the boards as they are work fine, its already sad to see soooooooooooooo many new divisions on the boards and so few that fell comfortable posting on a certain board now feeling they should only post in one spot
