Is there an area for IC losses? I think it would be great. IC is different than miscarriage or stillbirth. Thanks for listening.

Pam,
In answer to your question, we don't have a special board for loss due to incompetent cervix. We do, however, have several SG members that have lost a baby due to incompetent cervix. Most of the moms post on either the miscarriage or stillbirth board depending on how far along the pregancy was.
I hope that this has answered your question, and I pray that you receive the support you are looking for from the SG family of friends.
Love, Clara

Pam
I have lost two babies due to IC and I am more than willing to share my stories with you and listen to yours or just to simple chat. You can e-mail me anytime at noelle1114@aol.com. Just let me know. I would love to help. Noelle

I was never diagnosed with an IC, however, I did go through labour and deliver my babies knowing that they were angels. I had a cerclage on Oct. 14 as the doctors believe that I may have developed an IC. There are women on both the miscarriage and stillborn boards who have had an IC, and women on PAM who have had an IC and are undergoing cerclages in subsequent pregnancies.
You are welcome to join whichever board you feel would best suit your needs.
Hugs Dominique
