He's 39.
He's got a wonderful wife of 8 years.. a 1 year old little boy who is the light of his life.
Dr's thought he had leukemia.
Well, he has cancer all through him. After weeks and weeks of chemo and therapy. They told him yesterday "There is nothing more we can do.."
He asked to go home to die. Dr's have told his wife..it's just a matter of days.
His brothers (2) and sister ..are having a difficult time coping. His mom... raised the children one her own when her husband died in an accident when the children were 5 and under.
Please pray God shows him some mercy and doesn't let him suffer too much longer. He's in a great deal of pain. His family is the closest I've ever seen a family.
Please pray for strength from the Almighty for them.. and those of us affected by this.
Please Lord Jesus.. show this family some mercy.
*UPDATE: he's back in hospital. Daily transfusions. He wont talk about the cancer... or about dying.. his family is losing thier minds w/grief.. please continue to pray*
God Bless,

Darlene,
What sad news. I too got news today that hospice was being brought in today to a close family friend...my mom's best friend. Her daughter and I also are friends. It is just a matter of time as well. I pray for strength from the Almighty for them.. and those of you affected by this. Warm ((((((((hugs))))))))) to you. I am so sorry.

Darlene...
Your post could have been written by me about my friend Peter eight years ago.
Praying for this man and his family, and all those who love and care about him.
In Him, Laura

Thank you ladies for your prayers... but.. I'm starting to wonder if God is busy elsewhere *sigh*
This is my brother's best friend. He took the day off work today to drive the 4 hours to see him. Praying for my brother that he can remain strong... he's a very sensitive man and recovering from a heart attack himself.
God Bless,

Thank you all for your prayers. I do appreciate everyone thinking of this family at this time.
I pray God doesn't let him suffer too much longer.. and will guide the family through the horrid road of grief we all know to well.
God Bless,
