For the past 12 hrs I have been having this weird twinge in my lower abdomen...it's way off to the side and feels sort of like a pinched nerve spasm but more.. I don't know how to describe it.... has anyone had this??? I don't know what it is?? And then I woke up this morning and I have a headache and just feel tired and achey..... I don't know what's wrong? We are ttc.. but I have not had AF since before I was pg with dd because we are still nursing (she is 21 months and we were hoping to catch the first ovulation)... anyhow, any advice?
