Sasha will be 21 months in 11 days...WE are nursing still.. and up until 3-4 wks ago she was nursing every 30 min to an hr all night long.. well I weaned her at night and now my milk is "sleeping" from 9:30 or 10 until 6 or 7 in the morning... and still no AF!!! I do not think I will EVER ovulate or be able to seriously TTC!!! ARGHHHHHH...............

Delia, I can understand your frustration, but I'm so glad you're enjoying her so much! I bf my dd for 2 years and gradually weaned at the end. I had af again when she was about 18 months and she was still nursing a lot then! Perhaps your body just isn't ready yet. You'll miss that closeness and the overall experience once you wean, so don't rush! Hope you see AF soon! You can certainly have her for me! Hugs, Susan

This is so true.. I know that if I weaned AF would return but I just can't refuse my daughter.. she loves to nurse and I love the closeness... it will all happen in good time
