I tried Preseed this past cycle with no luck. Has anyone had any luck with this? It's soooo expensive but I really loved how it helped with scheduled BD. It felt really nice compared to the alternatives. Any idea on where to get it the cheapest?

I don't have a history of problems conceiving, but I did notice that I had lousy CM since I delivered in March. So I used preseed for the first time in July and got my BFP two weeks later.
Don't know what it was...but it didn't hurt.
Good luck Dominique

I used preseed twice.
First time nothing.
Second time... I used 1/2 a tube...
2 weeks later bfp.
Good Luck,
remember.. timing has a lot to do w/it. I peaked ovulation on a sunday... we bd'd the NEXT night.. w/the preseed.
Hope that helps,

I also used Preseed. I found it made the bding much easier on me - it is expensive, but I didn't use it like they say to...I just used it more of a "lube" (sorry for the tmi!) Another friend of mine used it too - she was having infertility problems and now she's pregnant with twins. I think it can really help!

Christal, You can do a search or just go to Preseed.com for all the details. It's a 'sperm-friendly' lubricant that's pretty popular among those of us that's been trying awhile. Most of the lubes will hinder conception, but not this one. It's supposed to have additives that actually nourish the sperm and speed along their journey!
Nikki, I love it and definitely believe in it's effectiveness. I don't notice a lot of dryness, but also felt that I didn't have enough cm. We've conceived with it twice and it was the only thing we did differently those cycles. Don't give up on it yet! We just use ~2 tubes per cycle right at O time, so spread out over 3 months, it's not too bad.
Wishing you +++ next time! Susan

I haven't used Preseed yet but I'm thinking about it for next month if I don't get a BFP this month. This sounds like it would help as I don't have a lot of CM. Thanks.

Preseed also (sorry if tmi).. clears up the female's fluid.. which allows the swimmers to move quicker... easier to that ever so waiting egg.
A lot of us have used pre-seed and had great success. It is expensive.
There are some stores ... drugstores that sell it. Of course not in georgia where I live..lol. The preseed.com site has a listing of places that keep it stocked.
Good luck to all
sure hope to see u all at Pam soon!

We used preseed twice and were pg on the first cycle both times. Don't give up, I have heard most people are pg within 1-3 cycles.
We also tried to only use 2/3 tubes each time so that if it didn't work we would have at least another month of it. That way it is also not as expensive.
I had also been charting my temps so I was really sure when I would O.
Hope this helps and you are joining us at PAM really soon!

Hi there,
This is my 3rd cycle trying preseed, I'm waiting for my +OPK (should be tomorrow) then we'll give it another try. I too like the way it feels, I usually have enough CM, but a little more help for DH's boys can't hurt. I liked whoever said that alot of women get pg in 1-3 mos......should be my turn then!!! LOL

I used it last month and so far no luck! I know it's really expensive!! I paid $16.99 for 6 applications! I mostly bought it because the Clomid was drying up my CM or so I believe that is the cause-I don't have great CM anyways!! But it did help and lets him glide right in! (TMI). I have heard of other alternatives! My doctor said that everyday of the month wouldn't hurt but once you know your time frame and when you are around ovulation you can take I believe a teaspoon of Robitussin-you and are your partner actually! It's supose to thin out your secrections! (CM) Just buy the Robitussin-nothing following it like DM. You can get it cheap at the Dollar Store! Good luck!!
