Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone could fill me in. I have taken clomid for both of my pregnancies and ovulated around 12-14 days. Well I started my first round of clomid ttc again this past month and am now on day 30 with no af in sight. I took a hpt a day ago and it was negitive, is it possible that I just ovulated really late? I took the clomid on days 3-7, and your supposed to ovulate 3-8 days after the last pill. I'm just really confused. I have always had my period by now when on clomid but the tests says negitive, so what could be up? thanks Liz

I'm not sure! (SORRY) I wanted to bump this back up. I haven't taken clomid yet, but when DH and I start ttc again, I will be on it (with or withour IUI). I hope that you get your answers soon! LENDY

Liz, I responded to your other post too. I again, would wait a few days and retest. I've seen many charts from Clomid users that had an ovulation around cd20, so though it would be outside the norm, it's not unusual. I'm thinking that maybe the cramping 10 days ago was ovulation which would have put it around cd20-21 right? At 10 dpo, it may still be too early for a bfp. Might want to try charting or opk's if you're not pg and then your ov would be easier to pinpoint next time. GL, Susan

Liz, I have never taken Clomid but I know how those LONG cycles are. With my last BFP I was 24dpo before I even got a faint positive. Good Luck. -Nikki
