Hi Ladies- I am so happy that SG is back! It has been tough w/out it. I have mostly posted on MTOM in the past. As you can see from my profile I have suffered 3 losses. On my own I went to an Endo who put me on clomid w/ the reasoning that I ovulate late and the eggs may be of better quality if I ovulated sooner? So I am starting clycle 3 of clomid tomorrow. I didn't get preg. last cycle and I am concerned. As you can see, I can get pregnant on my own, but since I have been on clomid I haven't had really any EWCM. Has this happened to anyone else?? Any advice/opinions, info would be greatly appreciated. I really enjoyed reading everyones new posts and look forward to hearing more and hopefully moving together to PAM for 40 wks!! Much love! Rach

Hi, I just wanted to share something that may help you. It is very normal to lose most of your ewcm when on clomid. I have been on comid a total of 14 months between my pregnancies and had this same problem. My doctor let me in on a secret, robotusin. go to the store and get a big bottle. Take two table sthingys every six hours for every day of your cycle. It really works, your stuff increases almost instantly and I found it to be very helpful. Hope it works for you. Liz

I too have heard the Robitussin theory and it came directly from my doctor-aka my miracle worker once I get pregnant!! I have yet to try it! She also informed me that to improve chances even more have your partner do the same thing with the Robitussin! For the same reasons a woman would! I can't convince my hubby to try it and I have yet to try it! I am on Clomid as well and have noticed a significant change in my mucous-when I have cervical mucous! The signs I get though-lower backaches and crampiness-when all that starts my hubby and I bd every other day like rabbits!! There is also a product out there called PreSeed that is a sperm friendly/sperm quality lubricant! I tried it last month and it works wonders but then with the intercourse juices and the PreSeed it is hard to determine what CM you really have! I know TMI! Sorry! Anyways, I wish you luck! On the 7th I am going back to the doctor-hopefully to get good news otherwise my third script of Clomid if no news! Sending ya lots of baby dust!!

What cd's are you taking clomid? I know that when I took clomid days 5-9 I o'd late and didn't notice ewcm, but when I took it 3-7, I o'd early and had loads of it. I think every woman's body is different and so sometimes you may need to try different cd's. Praying that this is your month for a BFP!!! (((HUGS)))

I know this is a tid bit OT but I'm a little curious about the Robitussin. What kind of Robitussin do you need to use? And will this make you sleepy at all?

Just use robitussin, it cant have cold and flu or cough and cold on it just plain robotuusin chest congestion. The others have something in them that can harm baby, but ask your pharamacist they can tell you for sure. liz

I've heard that about Robitussin too. If I don't get a BFP this month then I am going to try it next month. I was thinking about trying Preseed but I think I will try the Robitussin route first. If my DH won't take it voluntarily, I'll just slip it to him somehow...
