HELLO LADIES WELL I AM STILL WAITING!! I JUST HAVE A QUESTION AND FIGURED I COULD GET MY ANSWER HERE. HOW DID YOUR MISCARRIAGES START? WAS IT CRAMPING THEN BLEEDING OR REVERSE? I'VE SEEN SOME LIGHT PINK TODAY REALLY THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN AND I WOULD AVOID THE D&C. THE ONLY PAIN I HAVE HAD IS IN MY BACK AND DOWN MY LEGS WHICH I HAVE HAD OFF AND ON SINCE ABOUT A WEEK BEFORE MY PREGNANCY WAS CONFIRMED. THANKS FOR YOU ANSWERS

They can start either way from what I understand. Although in my case I started bleeding before I felt any pain. With my 2nd m/c, I had a dizzy spell and felt nauseous right as it was starting. I'm sorry for your loss.

I had extremely light bleeding, but no cramping for 4 days. Then, I went to the doc and he confirmed that there was no heartbeat or development. After that I had some cramping and then the D&C 2 days later. I'm sorry for this loss. ~Kellee

I had absolutely no bleeding or cramping. My DH and I went in for our normal 4-week checkup and that is when they found no heartbeat. From her measurements, my doctor believes that our DD probably passed away about a week earlier. It wasn't until weeks later that I thought to ask my doctor, why didn't I have any bleeding or cramping to give me a clue that I had lost the baby? He said that sometimes your baby just goes on believing that it is still pregnant. He said that I probably would have bled or cramped eventually but sometimes it can take a while.

I started bleeding first. Then a couple of days later, cramping with more bleeding. Had the u/s on a Monday that confirmed it was a blighted ovum. Started bleeding heavier on a Tuesday (thought it wa shappening then). Each day the bleeding got worse along with the cramps. The m/c finally happened on a Monday.

I had a dizzy spell with nausea the night before I started bleeding (I had had no morning sickness with the pregnancy to that date). I started bleeding lightly, but it was bright red...and continued that way for three days. On the night of the third day, I started cramping and bleeding heavier, so I knew what was going to happen. Up to that point, the doctor just kept telling me to put my feet up since I wasn't bleeding heavily and bleeding can be absolutely normal in pregnancy.
During the three days that I was bleeding, I also had frequent urges to have bowel movements (which I now know is a sign that a miscarriage will occur, and I also developed a really bad headache the last day...which is also a sign of impending miscarriage).

I bled lightly the whole time. Then the bad cramps started, and my bleeding got worse. I was put on strict bed rest and told to keep my feet up. But it didn't work.
