So.... I open my email today and this is what I get.
Week 38 Pregnancy Tip
Preparing Your Body for Labor
Hi Kimberly, During the final months of pregnancy, doing a few simple exercises may help prepare your body for labor. Below are some easy moves: Squat down occasionally to help open the pelvic outlet and to allow more room for your baby to descend Perform Kegal exercises, which tighten the pelvic floor between your hips Stretch your back by leaning on a door jamb with arms extended to gently elongate your muscles and keep them flexible
NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I UNSUBSCRIBE HERE'S MY WEEKLY REMINDER... Haha Nikki YOUR NOT PREGNANT!

I am so sorry I know just how you feel. I lost my baby in april and no matter how many time I unsubscribe to baby world they email me everyday with some new tip and baby products. Makes me so angry and just breaks my heart. I wish they would really be more sensitive and realy pay attention when someone doesn't want to be on there mailing list. I am so sorry for your loss maybe you could send them a personal email and hope that works out better

Sadly, I've tried that. So, have several of my friends for me. It's sad to say even though I enjoyed the updates and I know I would the next time I get pg I will NOT be using American baby, babycenter, or any weekly updates ever again.

I know exactly how you feel. It is very frustrating. In the past week I have gotten several thiings in the mail- a booklet stating "In your 8th month" and also a baby's first year calender. It has been a rough week.

I've got a box full of formula, diapers, shampoo, lotion, baby wipes, etc. They will not stop! They would have been nice treats but now they are just sad reminders. I managed to stop most of the emails from coming in but I did get one yesterday that said "Your baby is 1 month and 3 weeks old". Thanks!
