I'm taking my little boy with me (he will be 1) when I fly to visit some friends upstate in a few months. Tips, suggestions, etc to make it easier? I'm thinking of putting him in the Moby wrap from the car to the desk & to get us thru security while using the stroller to carry the car seat and bag...Unfortunatly it'll be just me loading & unloading What are things you looked back thinking you should have brought or the things you wished you'd left at home? TIA ladies ;D

Definitely a pacifier or something for him to suck/chew on during take off and landing....
The airline we used was great about having the stroller waiting for us as we got off the plane (very helpful). We could take it all the way up to getting on too.
One thing that I learned the hard way on..no liquids in sippy or bottle. If we used formula, I had to buy the bottled water after I went through security and mix it after.
I'm not exactly sure on all the regulations as it's been a couple of years, but you might want to check those before you go.
Sarah always loved take off and then usually crashed quickly, which made the flight easier with her asleep. But I know all babies are different.
I hope you have a great, uneventful flight and a wonderful trip!
