Saw my primary care dr. and told her about my PMS symptoms getting to me and no AF. She ordered a cbc and I guess a calcium test was in there. I guess I have to increase my vitamin D (weird I was Rx'ed extra D3 and more sunlight in the past). I hope this helps. Other than that I've been having EWCM for almost a week now....I dare not wonder She told me to try to eat more yogurt and things that are dietary than leaning on calcium/mag and take the D3 supplements PLUS GET MORE SUNLIGHT. Ok...Onward I go and we shall see

thanks Krista. It took a while. I guess I wasn't taking care of myself enough while nursing. The cramps are gone and the symptoms I described that mimicked PMS are gone. I calcium deficiency was the deal....maybe some S.A.D. mixed in there. All I know is that I feel better. My energy level is still on the low side...maybe being over 40 yrs-old with a baby getting on the move with separation anxiety, a dh that works crazy shift work and a couple of big Saint Bernards to care for might be part of the reason LOL Still no AF and that is FINE with me! Not looking forward to the old hag's return one day.

Glad you are starting to feel better. I don't have much energy, either, but I blame it partly on having 3 little boys to take care of.
