I just wasn't up for the roller coaster of bloodwork this time around. Especially because I've had cases with excellent bloodwork, and then still gone on to m/c.
6 weeks today. By the time they get me in, should be able to see a heartbeat!
I was kind of worried yesterday because I thought I wasn't feeling as sick as I had been, but as of today, I'd say my hyperemesis (HG) is starting. The nausea had already been bad enough the last two weeks that I'd lost 2 pounds. Hoping we can be better on top of it this time . . .

They're calling in zofran for me and will call me this afternoon to schedule my viability scan for within the week (maybe even this week!). Now I'm on the popsicle diet.

Sorry you're not really able to eat anything! I hope the meds make a significant difference!
I think I remember you being super sick and on bed rest last time, correct? Hope this pregnancy is easier on you!

Yes, I was really sick and in bed from 7-37 weeks last time. Hoping that if we start the meds earlier this time, it won't be so bad!
DH brought home my zofran.
U/S scheduled for Monday morning (I'll be 6w5d, so should be able to see heartbeat just fine).
Only 5 days to go! The weekend is busy, so mostly just need to get through the rest of the weekdays this week . . .

I am glad you are getting the Zofran now. It's so much easier to try to stay on top of it (although I know that is a joke becuase it's not like it really makes it better but better than not taking it, I guess) than it is to try to catch up. I was really hoping you could avoid the sickness altogether this time. Can you believe that my FOURTH pregnancy is my most normal?! Minimal vomiting and I only had to be on Zofran for 16 weeks!! I am seriously flabbergasted. I only lost 5 pounds this time as opposed to over 20 with some of the others. I will have my first opprtunity to lose real pregnancy weight this time -- craziness!

Yes, Zofran is a dear friend. I was on it 12 weeks with DD and 30 weeks with DS. It's kind of sad when I told DH this morning, my goal is not to feel normal, it's just to not puke, lol. Hoping since I've started it earlier than with both of them, that it will kick in sooner and keep things under control better. Both other times I got really dehydrated before I was put on it.

So glad things are being taken care of! Praying for ur ultrasond on monday. It is so exciting being pg together again with so many of you girls! I may be crazy but am not really scared of losing this time and right now my record is 50/50. I hope the meds work. I know that you have prob tried everything but citrus fruits seem to help my ms in this and my pg with my lc.
