Okay so I see some brave souls here so I will feed off ya'lls courage and post. I started May '07 at 235 and now at 220.4 I would love to see 210 by Feb/March. Slow and steady is what a dietician told me is the best way.

Ok, well we don't have a scale anymore, but I figure I weigh somewhere around 175 and I'm 5'7. My goal is to be around 135-140 but I've finally resigned to the fact that I'll have to wait til the holidays are over to get *too* serious about it. Too many parties and dinners out, lol. GL everyone!

I weighed 201 and have lost 40. I'm going for 25 more, but I know it's going to be slow going since I'm still bf-ing...I don't think I can do the diet I want.

Way to go Kelly! Hmm, let's see. Fudge, rice crispy treats, pumpkin pie and mashed potatoes with gravy were very bad for a healthy lifestyle but, the day (okay three days) are over with and I'm back at it (first think in the morning ) 2008 is the year I'll hit my goal. How is it possible to wear a 4/6 on top and anything from a 6 - 16 on the bottom!!!! Yikes, where are the ANSI standards when you need them?

Okay, I'll jump in... again. I honestly haven't been near a scale in a while but when I weighed on a random scale about a month ago I was 185ish... yuck because I was 15 below that last December after losing baby weight plus a little. So... I'm rejoining ww online and seeing what I can lose before ttc again. I need to lose about 60 overall I guess but right now I'll be happy for every pound I can lose before getting pg again.
Heidi -- you can do weight watchers while bf'ing... I'm convinced that bf'ing is the only thing that helped me lose weight since I gained most of what I lost back in the month after I quit but I know that ww helped me learn some healthier habits (that I've chosen to ignore a little too much over the past year)

I guess I should join in....
I started (well for the 4,000th time) at 270 (OMG), and I lost about 40lbs, gained 10 back over the holidays, shame on me. So now I am at 241 lbs, I hope to be at 200 by March, and then to 175 by July and finally at about 150 by next year!!
I will be starting next saturday and just bought an elliptical machine today!!
Wish me luck

My major thing is, I also have Crohn's Disease, so it's like a whole diet in itself. I have to eat low fiber most of the time, so no real raw veggies and I have to stay away from a lot of wheats and whole grains. Low carb was perfect for me, for some reason, it got everything in check, and I could eat raw veggies. When I figured out how to maintain my weight, it was a very healthy diet, actually. But I'm going to see what I can figure out with ww. Thank you!

I lost weight while pregnant...gained a little back after his birth and since switching to a different department and work, I've lost more. Yay! I am the smallest I've been in many many years. At one point I did weigh 190 or so. When I got pregnant I was around 180 and now I'm proud to say I'm 159. I plan on losing more since I'm now a lot more active. Having that baby makes me want to improve myself to be a better mommy so off I go!

Ok I am going to join this post! I am currently around 260lbs (yikes) and my sister is getting marrid in about 8-9 months and I am the maid of honour....I NEED to look good in whatever dress she makes me wear!!!!
SO.....my plan is 2lbs a week over 8 months is 80lbs, 80 in 8 that's my slogan!! I am going to stick to PWE Portions, Water and Exercise!! I am giving myself the rest of this week to get adjusted to the mental commitment that goes with this and then that's it no more junk in my house, I will drink water NON-stop and control my portions and snacking!!!
I CAN do this and I WILL do this!!!!! (with your support of course thanks ladies!!)
