Does anyone know how to update you ticker without making a new one. I wanted to take it down three pounds (over 100 lost) but I can't figure out how to do it. any suggestions.

I am down 3 lbs!!! YAY!!! I am so excited!! We got a new treadmill and it will be delivered on Sunday!! I am so thrilled!!

I am down a whole 1 lb! I know I should be happy, but It has been weeks! I am trying so hard to lose!
Dh put on 30 lbs while I was pregnant and he started dieting and going to the gym a month ago, he is down 12 lbs!! What the heck? It is so unfair! I am happy for him I guess.....I just wish I could lose that fast! I only lost 1 lb to his 12 lbs in the last month!

OK, I've started adding all by before baby weight loss with my current weight loss-in my ticker down below. But just recently I'm at 8 lbs down...drumroll...totalling 33 lbs. Woot! Yay me! I feel like I'm all alone in here though lol

9 lbs down, totalling 34 lbs. I'm going at a slow enough rate, I think, so I don't think R will be hurt by it. Am I still all alone in here? It's been pretty quiet, lately...will no one rejoice with me???

What are you doing to lose weight now? I think I remember you trying a bunch of different things?

I have tried so many different diets etc! I am now doing the 5factor diet, I lost 2 lbs the first week, but since then nothing! I eat so healthy and I change my exercise routine up and work out at least 4-5 days a week! I take my vitamins etc. drink only water etc!
The funny thing is, I have NEVER had a problem losing weight my whole life! I never had to watch what I ate until my mid-twenties and then all I had to do was eat a little better and exercise and the weight melted off! Now, however, that does not work! Nothing does! I even went to my Doctor and has tests done because I thought something was wrong with me! I am 100% healthy! My sugar, cholesteral, sodium is all normal!
The only thing my Doctor said was the anti-depressants may have made it hard to lose weight. I have lost some weight since going off of them last month, but while using them I never lost any weight despite trying!!
I don't know what to do anymore, it is so frustrating!

if i could i would like to get in on this too. currently i am at 175!! i would like to loose 50. i realize it will take time. any ideas on how to get a jump start and then keep loosing? seems like everytime i try i go down like 5-10lbs get stuck and frustrated adn then go back up. oh boy! (i think ill start tomorrow as today is easter!)

I'm at 145.8 and want to be 135 (my WW goal is 137, but I'd like to weigh less). After my 3rd m/c I went up to 197 lbs. It took me about 2 years to lose to 137 and I went up a bit this year, but am on my way down again from a high of 148.8.
