I have been dance around my house like crazy, Jogging around the house like crazy and changed my eating habits and quit drinking pop except for one can a day!

Hmm...I don't know, that all sounds like it should be working. When I was dieting and suddenly stopped losing, it was because I was pg lol

Carrie -- I've heard that interval training works well when you've hit a plateau in losing (exercise at max capacity for a few minutes, then more laid back for a while, then max capacity, etc.)
And a question for all of you -- is anyone interested in pairing up with weight loss/exercise accountability buddies? I could use the accountability of letting someone know I ate chocolate cake, or didn't exercise, or whatever my goal is. I know when I was doing ww last I was on a group where I posted what I ate each day and it was soooo helpful for getting ideas and for knowing other eyes were seeing what I was eating too!

Ugh! Okay, here's my offical beginning point -- 199 lbs. I so hate writing that. I just re-enrolled in ww online and I have gained almost 30 pounds in a year (since my last weigh-in). How did that happen? I was even making better choices! I'm trying really, really hard to not get upset and to remind myself that I can do this again. I need to lost about 75 pounds total. So my goal for this week is just to track points, do the good health goals and exercise as many nights as I can.

Alright, I am joining this thread TODAY! I am currently 40+ lbs over where I would like to be and my baby sister just announced she is getting married in THREE months!! AHHHH! I have to get some of this baby weight off! I bought a jogging stroller this weekend and we are testing it out today! I am bfing so I can't hard core diet but I am going to have NO junk during the week days and try to eat six healthy small meals a day.

Joined sparkpeople.com today. I need to lose at least 150 lbs. I weigh about 320 lbs. I don't have a scale that weighs over 300 lbs right now but i was weighed about a month ago for insurance purposes on a doctor's scale. wish me luck ladies.

I weight right now 250! I cant believe it!!! I am the type of person that does not matter how much I weight, but how I look. Right now I have to say I am not happy with the body I see in the mirror! I was up to 271 while I was pg, so I am glad I at least lost all the weight I gained with her. Back to the drawing board!
