I have a few prayers I'd appreciate you saying. I love prayer threads because it's the one thing I can do for others with my limited resources: Me--I have very painful arthritis and am seeing the rheumatologist today. I hope he can treat me with effective meds to stop the achilles tendonitis, pain in my right index finger, back and left hip. Also I miscarried yesterday morning and feel both alone and frustrated. I know I'll be okay since it's my 3rd m/c but I wish I had a friend who'd call and visit me regularly just to show he/she cared. My 2 yo--suddenly he's waking every hour, wanting to nurse and whining all day. He stopped nursing 3 months ago, has always been able to STTN so this is very unusual behavior. He had a cold a few days ago he saw the dr. for but he was getting better. He got up every 15 mins last night and is finally sleeping, exhausted, in my hubby's arms.

Welcome to Silent Grief, and I am definitely a believer in prayer, also. In fact, it helps me sooooo much just to know that someone is saying a prayer for me, and I'm always so very happy to say a prayer for someone else. You have a lot going on in your life right now.......so many painful things. I have already said a prayer that the doctor will find you the "right medication" to help your painful arthritis. Please keep us posted about that. I'm so very sorry to hear of your miscarriage. Please take special care while working through the pain of loss. As you make friends here, you'll find a lot of support and help. And, I've said a prayer for your 2 yr. old, asking that he will get well soon, and that he will begin sleeping well again. Exhaustion is difficult to deal with, especially while dealing with so many other issues. Please keep us posted. I hope today is a much, much better day. Love, Clara

Praying for you now. I am sorry for your loss. I hope that, like me, you find SG to be a place of comfort and support.
