Nicholas Sparks fans gather around! His new book "The Lucky One" may just be his best yet, at least in my opinion. It was very hard to put down though I was forced to because of rehearsals at the theatre. All I can say is Wow! I highly recommend this one. If you haven't read any of Sparks books check this one out!
What is everyone else reading? I always like to hear and get new ideas.
Happy reading.

I'm reading World War Z. It's a zombie end of the world kind of novel. Not for everyone but still good action oriented "trash."

I'll have to check this out. I only recently read all of Sparks' books. A friend had them all, found out I hadn't read any, and sent them all my way. Great books, not at all what I expected, which was fluff, I guess. (Not sure why and nothing against fluff, just not usually what I enjoy reading.) Anyway, loved the rest of his books and I'll be sure to read this one! In fact, I may have to buy it for my friend and we can share it like we did the last ones.
I just read Picoult's Salem Falls and loved it. I also finished Stuart O'Nan's Last Night at the Lobster . . . last night actually. It's a really short read and strangely fascinating. I can't even put my finger on what I enjoyed so much about it, but it was a great read. I'm starting a different Picoult tonight and looking forward to it!

Reading To Kill a Mockingbird. I read that book at least twice a year. I love it! It's my all time favorite book.

My sitter love Sparks and I bought it for her. She loaned it to me when she finished. Very good! I really enjoy his books/movies. One of the few authors that has books that get turned into movies that I'll actually watch. I've yet to be disappointed.
Now I'm reading a Faye Kellerman book called Milk and Honey. Pretty good so far! The book and I have a lunch date today, I'm counting down! lol

His new book "The Last Song" was especially good. I couldn't put it down. Love his books.
Another delightful read is Sophie kinsella's "Twenties Girl". It was a wonderful romp! Give her a try. She wrote the "Shopoholic" books. This one was just delightful.
