My husband and I watched the show together! I have to say I've never really been a fan of Dr. Phil, but he really seemed to care with you guys! I'm so excited and happy for you and Patience. Keep us updated on your little princess!! And by the way, you are a very pretty momma!!

I, too, saw the show - rushed home from work to catch it!! (No errand-running for me on the way home like I usually do!)

Fabulous!! And I liked knowing - from your postings post-taping - that the changes you all have implemented have already had a positive effect on your family!!

I gotta ask: how are the BistroMD meals... I wanna know more about that!! ;D

I am so happy that I PVR'ed the show! You looked wonderful and I am so happy that Dr PHIL and DR SEARS both understood that you HAVE been doing the RIGHT things and is willing to Help you and Patience to get the problem resolved!

Funny enough, that is what I have too! I am insulin resistant, which lead to my Polyscystic Ovarian syndrome., which in turn caused part of my infertility issues. I learned a few things about what that exactly means just from watching!! So another bonus for Patience and you to know this about this problem, will hopefully help her in the future for conceiving children ( I know a little hard to think about it now, seein she is only 5 LOL!!!)

I am praying for you and your family! And your beautiful little girl Patience!!

Well girls, I made the mistake of reading the after the show comments there was some support but there was alot of judgement also. That goes with being on the show. I have no regrets and cannot wait to return. (comments on the dr. phil board not here)-- I couldnt resist looking but im not bothered by the comments on the dr phil board because we are losing like crazzy. :)

Dh and I are big people, I gained alot of weight after losing Star and well dh loves to eat. however patience has two normal sized siblings at home. We took Patience to three nurtionists and followed their guidelines. I drove myself crazzy making sure there was no bad food in the house for her to eat. people will say look at the parents they are big, but i guess they didnt watch the entire show. Patience still has testing to do.

About the bistro md meals very flavorful, never boring, and we are always full. a big variety something new everyweek. They come delivered to the door by fedex. Our family could not afford a service like that for one person it is $159.00 weekly. They are gourmet meals designed for your body type and they work. we are still losing.

About the trainer ha ha , yeah dh says the same thing. You would think he is a tad jealous but I laugh and say oh he wouldnt like me you have nothing to worry about.
He is really nice and we look forward to working out with him for months to come.

Patience is a workout machine these days not because we make her because she loves it. She loves the workouts. She has went down a shirt size and pant size. So santa will be bringing new clothes.

All the support here made me cry, Love you girls all of you.

Tori

p.s. Angela- thank you so much, yes i cannot even began to think about patience having babies yet. One thing the dr. godila has her eating instead of wheat bread potatoe bread. you would think that would be bad but he said it is good for insulin. She is doing so well i have to believe it. Also sweet potatoes at least once a day and cinnamon in alot of things.

Glad you found someone who knows what she needs. Also good to hear the meals are working. I couldn't afford that much either, but sounds like you will get tons of benefit from them...as for the message board...I guess i would look too, but you have to let it go. YOu know you are doing your best, those people do not know you, and many I think just like to cause trouble...wishing you all the best!

I am so sad I missed the show. My DVR didn't work but my Mom and Coco watched for me. My Mom said that she felt bad for you only because she knows how judgemental people can be and until they walk a mile in your shoes they should just lip up! I am so glad to hear that everything is heading in the right direction for your beautiful daughter and your whole entire family. And even if you read the bad stuff on those boards just know this...there is only one judgement you should ever worry about! :)
Sending you hugs and good wishes for a continued blessed life!
Di

Awesome update.

Just a thought if you have one, there is a new wii game that actually scans your body image into the game and tells you exactly what to work out. The testing I looked at on this amazing.

Way to go Patience.

Thank you Roberta :), You look great and when i always seen your picture i always thought wow i remember those days :) We cannot wait to go back. Dr. Phil truely cares for people. Words cannot express how grateful we are to him. Patience's shoes are even getting alittle bigger. lol

Thank you wuvmyangel, we love the wii we'll have to check into that game. I was never much of a video game person but i love the wii. The whole family plays together.
