....cause I don't wanna go back to work (whine, whine, whine). I only have 1.5 months left until I "go back to a job". Presently I have no job to go back to. We moved to a new city so I have been trying all summer to get a job with the school board here. Here is my real dilemma. I don't know what jobs I really want. Here are my scenarios
#1 Supply Teach: because you have to here before you are hired for any other teaching job. The supply hiring doesn't take place until Octoberish. Love the money, hate the job (not because of students, but because of time, and dealing with parents)
#2 Supply Educational Assistant (or part time) less money, but I love being in E.A.
#3 Work in Group homes. The job is okay and definitely less money, but if the other things don't pan out I can do this.
#4 WIN THE LOTTERY and not have to worry about any job and stay home with my Brodin and care for him us much as I like and not have to worry about other parent's concerns, or crazy bosses.
I guess I would have to actually but a ticket for scenario number 4, huh?
I have daycare sort of lined up for Brodes. He will stay with someone highly recommended and who has the same faith base as I do. Her house is right across the street from mine! We are going to go and talk to her next week. I don't know what to tell her about hours because I have no job. Does anyone have any idea what I should do?
This is one boring post and I apologize for that. I just had to get this out in print. I am starting to really feel sad about leaving Brodin with someone else. I had him for 10 and a half months all to myself, I am used to it and don't want that to change. I am going to take my inspiration from all you working moms. I can do this when the time comes, I can!
thanks for trudging through if you got this far,
tanya
